An tÚll Mór – Imeachtaí an tSiompóisiam – Coláiste Lehman, Nua-Eabhrach 2012-20

Between 2012 and 2020, the Irish department at Lehman College, The City University of New York, held regular symposia. In addition to lecturers from the College, guest speakers were brought over from Ireland, and the Irish language community in New York supported the symposium. Many of the talks have been published in An tÚll Mór, an online magazine.

This book contains fourteen articles that were published in that magazine over the years. They provide a very good overview of the interdisciplinary themes discussed in the symposia. Folklore, music, short stories, history and films were discussed in relation to Irish language literature.
