This brings together a list of works and connotations not found in standard Irish dictionaries. The material is based on an extensive manuscript collection of folklore made in South Kerry between 1935 and c. 1960. It offers a valuable contribution to knowledge of this dialect, which hitherto received little scholarly attention.
