Oisín McGann is an Irish writer and illustrator who creates books in many different genres for children and teenagers. He writes science fiction and fantasy, and he both writes and illustrates many of his books.

Fearghas Mac Lochlainn is a former primary school teacher who lives in Spiddal, County Galway. Fearghas is well known as a composer of lúibíní (comic rhyming songs), two-person dialogues, and songs. He has also worked as an illustrator with “Fighting Words Connemara.” He has translated many children’s books into Irish, including five from the “Horrid Henry” series and ten from the “O’Brien Flyers” series. He also edited the collection of dialogues and lúibíní called Comhrá Cosáin. In addition, he has written some original works of his own.
