The arts are only a waste of time.
Books? Forget about them.
Music? Get it out of your head.
Pictures? They’re abosutely useless.

The tormenters are on the hunt for the artists of the city and they are determined to make them see sense; the sooner the creative people start to do some real work, the better.
But Genius and Juno won’t give up their art without a fight. They have no interest in a city without creativity. They risk everything to change the fate of the artists but can they rescue everyone from the clutches of the tormenters before it’s too late?
